Progressive ongoing monthly meetings triggered for entire new division. field visits, initial high intensity communication, monitoring and mentoring. Structured tailored self-coaching modules for each manager, train the trainer programme and 'coaching in the moment' initiative launched with delegate assessment and review dates.
