Alan is keen to offer his speaking services free to schools, colleges, charity organisations, community clubs and associations, including Probus, Rotary, Round Table etc. He would be delighted to speak at your next meeting or event, free of charge.
In the educational environment he delivers his unique leadership coaching experience from inside the digital technology business space.
His career comprises service with the Royal Air Force including the Red Arrows technical support team; followed by:
- 20 years of award winning senior executive business roles up to Managing Director in the international medical equipment and commercial technology space
- His own consultancy business began in 2002. Passing on the leadership baton, coaching others how to reach their potential.
- He added non-executive directorships, mentoring, coaching in the moment and team building to his portfolio.
- 10-years as a magistrate, court work and presenting 'The Magistrates in the Community Programme' in schools, colleges, local authorities and business houses.
- An ex-professional football referee. President of the Association of Football League Referees and Assistant Referees.
